1. The Law of Substitution

There are a few great laws that govern all thinking, just as there are a few fundamental laws in chemistry, in physics, and in mechanics, for example.

We know that thought control is the Key of Destiny, and in order to learn thought control we have to know and understand these laws, just as the chemist has to understand the laws of chemistry, and the electrician has to know the laws of electricity.

One of the great mental laws is the Law of Substitution. This means that the only way to get rid of a certain thought is to substitute another one for it. You cannot dismiss a thought directly. You can do so only by substituting another one for it. On the physical plane this is not the case. You can drop a book or a stone by simply opening your hand and letting it go; but with thought this will not work. If you want to dismiss a negative thought, the only way to do so is to think of something positive and constructive. It is as though in order, let us say, to drop a pencil, it were necessary to put a pen or a book or a stone into your hand, when the pencil would fall away.

If I say to you, "Do not think of the Statue of Liberty", of course, you immediately think of it. If you say, "I'm not going to think of the Statue of Liberty", that is thinking of it. But now, having thought of it, if you become interested in something else, say, by turning on the radio, you forget all about the Statue of Liberty -- and this is a case of substitution.

When negative thoughts come to you, do not fight them, but think of something positive. Preferably think of God; but if that is difficult at the moment, think of any positive or constructive idea, and then the negative thought will fade out.

It sometimes happens that negative thoughts seem to besiege you in such force that you cannot overcome them. That is what is called a fit of depression, or a fit of worry, or perhaps even a fit of anger. In such a case the best thing is to go to a good movie or play, or read an interesting book, say a good novel or biography or travel book, or something of the kind. If you sit down to fight the negative tide you will probably succeed only in amplifying it.

Turn your attention to something quite different, refusing steadfastly to think or rehearse the difficulty, and, later on, after you have completely gotten away from it, you can come back with confidence and handle it by spiritual treatment. "I say unto you that you resist not evil" (Matthew 5:39)

2. The Law of Relaxation

Another of the great mental laws is the Law of Relaxation. In all mental working effort defeats itself. The more effort you make the less will your result be. This of course is just the opposite of what we find on the physical plane, but it will not surprise us because we know that in many cases the laws of mind are the reverse of the laws of matter.

On the physical plane, usually the more effort we make the greater the result. The harder you press a drill the faster it will go through a plank. The harder you hammer a nail the sooner does it go into the wall. The harder you work in digging the ground the sooner do you have a ditch. The exact opposite, however, is the case with thought.

Any attempt at mental pressure is foredoomed to failure because the moment tension begins, the mind stops working creatively, and just runs along on whatever the old habit pattern is. When you try to force things mentally, when you try to hurry mentally, you simply stop your creative power. To enable your mind to become creative again you must un-tense it by consciously relaxing.

In all mental working be relaxed, gentle, and unhurried for effort defeats itself.

"In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength". (Isaiah 30:15).

3. The Law of Subconscious Activity

As soon as the subconscious mind accepts any idea, it immediately begins trying to put it into effect. It uses all its resources (and these are far greater than is commonly supposed) to that end. It uses every bit of knowledge that you have ever collected, and most of which you have totally forgotten, to bring about its purpose. It mobilizes the many mental powers that you possess and most of which you never consciously use. It draws on the unlimited energy of the race mind. It lines up all the laws of nature as they operate both inside and outside of you, to get its way.

Sometimes it succeeds in its purpose immediately. Sometimes it takes a little time; sometimes it takes a long time, depending on the difficulties to be overcome; but if the thing is not utterly impossible, the subconscious will bring it about -- once it accepts the idea.

This law is true for both good and bad ideas. This law, when used negatively, brings sickness, trouble, and failure; and when used positively, brings healing, freedom, and success. The Bible teaching does not say that harmony is inevitable no matter what we do -- that is Pollyanna -- it teaches that harmony is inevitable when our thoughts are positive, constructive, and kindly.

From this it follows that the only thing we have to do is to get the subconscious to accept the idea that we want reproduced, and the laws of nature will do the rest; will bring forth the healthy body, the harmonious circumstances, the successful career. We give the orders -- the subconscious mind does the work.

4. The Law of Practice

Practice makes perfect. This familiar proverb embodies one of the great laws of human nature and -- being a law -- it is never under any circumstance broken.

To become proficient in any field you must practice. There is simply no achievement without practice and the more practice, provided it is done intelligently, the greater will the proficiency be and the sooner will it be attained. This is true in the study of music, in the study of a foreign language, in learning to swim or skate or ski or fly. It is true in every conceivable branch of human endeavor. Practice is the price of proficiency.

In business life and in any kind of management or administration, experience is the form that practice takes, and here again it is practice that makes perfect. That is why, other things being equal, an older person is usually to be selected for responsible positions rather than a younger.

In metaphysics the effects of this law are particularly striking. Thought control is entirely a matter of intelligent practice. And true religion may well be summed up as the Practice of the Presence of God. But note that I said intelligent. Violent forcing is not intelligent practice, nor is monotonous plodding.

Practice is the secret of attainment. We might paraphrase Danton and say practice! ... and more practice!! ... and still more practice!!!

THE PHYSICAL form—you, your outer self, is at the bottom. Above or over that is the Individualized Presence of God—the Magic I AM Presence, your Source. It is in a body of light substance. If you were to see It, It would appear in a form similar to the physical body, but vibrating at a much higher rate; therefore, It is not visible to the physical sight. It is a living Being, intelligent, real, in blazing light. It is a focus of all the God powers that your outer self may draw upon. It supplies the outer self with life, intelligence, power, action. Man enjoys all his powers but does not understand it. You can speak to It as you speak to a friend. Jesus called It the "Father".

Rays of intense white light pour out from the Presence; some large, and many smaller ones.

Around the Presence are spheres of light substance in colors of the seven rays, and the various tints of each ray.

In the center is the white light, the natural radiance of the Presence. Outside of that is a sphere of electric blue. (On a fiat surface they are portrayed as circles or bands of colors, but are in reality spheres.) Outside and around the blue is one of yellow. Then around it a beautiful pink; around that crystal white; next is an apple green; then the ruby (or this may be gold); and the outer sphere is violet or purple. These are in order of the seven rays, and they inter-blend. That is known as the Causal Body which contains all the accumulated good—the constructively qualified essence of that lifestream through the ages; created both while in embodiment and between embodiments. These spheres vary with each individual in size and quality.

White rays from the I AM Presence pour out through these spheres of colors, utilizing the qualities there in Its Cosmic action. They are the action of Divine mind and love by which the Presence carries on Its creation at Cosmic levels.

From the heart of the Presence is a ray of light extending down, entering the human body through the top of the head (where the soft spot is in a newborn child), and it is anchored in the heart. This is the stream of life that beats the heart and keeps the person alive. When it withdraws so-called death ensues. In like manner, the Presence is connected by a ray of light with the Central Sun through the Sun of the system. The ray of light from the Presence (Silver Cord) enters the top of the head, goes to the heart, and to the base of the brain (the medulla oblongata), and from there is distributed by tiny threads of light to every cell of the body.

 
This is how your body has life. This is an unconscious action on the part of the outer self but consciously carried on by the Christ Self (Higher Mental Body) and Body Elemental; there being distributed enough light for the body to function properly in the physical to render the services in the outer that the Christ Self wants to do in that embodiment and fulfill the divine plan. In mankind today much of the energy is drawn down by the outer self and used discordantly in the various human expressions, but it should be poured back in love to the Magic I AM Presence, thus completing the circuit. That is the right action.

Around the human form is a Pillar of Light. It is established, or placed there, by the Magic I AM Presence, at the call of the outer or personal self. This Pillar of protection insulates the lower bodies from the vibratory action in which one must move.

Within the Pillar of Light can be established the Transmuting Violet Flame of Divine love, mercy and compassion. This also is done at the call of the personal self, and can be activated at any time to any degree, depending on the capacity of the individual. This is how one can redeem karma — the destructively qualified energy of all lives, all misuse of energy of the lifestream as well as that accepted from without. This accumulation is condensed around the physical form. In between embodiments this accumulation stays in the atmosphere of Earth while the individual sojourns into the realms of light. At reembodiment most of it is held in abeyance until around the fourteenth year, when it is returned to the individual, its creator. The Pillar of Light and Violet Flame interpenetrate each other.

Above the physical body is the Christ Self (Higher Mental Body), called the Higher Self, It is also known as the Guardian Angel. It abides between the Presence and the outer, or human form (usually not illustrated). It has been provided by the Presence to act for and take care of the requirements of the outer self. It is the only begotten Son of God. The Christ Self is the action of the Presence that knows Its perfection and also knows the imperfections and requirements of the outer self. It is endowed with the discriminating intelligence to act in the outer.

It might be termed a step-down transformer with the capacity to act in the lower realms. The Christ Self does not accept any imperfection of the outer but remains wholly pure and perfect. It is an intelligent Being in a body of light, has form but of a lower vibratory rate than that of the Presence. It is the vehicle through which the Presence acts in the physical realm. Therefore when you call to your Presence, in reality the Christ Self performs the service. The bodies of the Presence and Christ Self are just as tangible in their own realms of vibratory action as the physical body is here to the physical senses.

The diagram represents your own Individualized Presence of God, "I AM", in Its relationship to you. A picture is an outpost of what it represents. A picture is the greatest focus of any Divine Being or inner activity in the outer world. The diagram or chart is the only explanation of the truth of this law. It is an eye picture of the release of the power of the universe which knows no opposite. The knowledge and understanding of the Presence and Its action is your freedom. The diagram (chart) shows the trinity of your faculties acting at one point. It is a trinity of action. It is the action of the Three-fold Flame. In every activity in the universe there is a trinity of action—love, wisdom and power which in the knowledge of the Presence becomes one. The chart is only an outer picture of It; one needs, then, to make effort for the realization of It. That is what these teachings are trying to do, to realize God. Contemplate the Presence — the chart at night. Keep feeling, feeling It is your powerhouse. One can hold a steady gaze upon the upper figure until a funnel of light forms between you and It, especially on a colored chart. Most important is your knowledge, understanding and acceptance of your Individualized I AM Presence in relationship to yourself as represented on the chart.

Even an individual who is doubtful, if he were to look at the chart sincerely, wanting to know, for five minutes each day, he would get his proof.

The New Age is the cosmic period of time in which we are now and it started in 1954. The Avatar of the New Age is the Ascended Master Saint Germain. It is under the influence of the Violet Ray, the Constellation of Aquarius and the Feminine polarity of Earth in Lake Titicaca.

Those born under the radiation of the New Age are the ones who are called to preach the New Teachings of the Ascended Masters, just like the Apostles of Jesus who once spread the Teachings in the past age of Pisces under the influence of the Gold-Ruby Ray. Many will take their chariots and head toward the flaming Castle, preaching the Truth, just like Santa Teresa of Avila once did.

The Light Center has been transferred from the Oriental Continent to the American Continent; it is no longer needed to travel to India seeking the Truth. The Truth is out there and everywhere. For the New Age, America will be the place.

Some of you lived in India, Tibet, China, Japan and Middle East, asked to be re born in America, and the Guru of the Himalayas has granted this wish. America is the Grail of the New Age. From North America to South America, Temples of the New Age will be places of pilgrimage of the New Age, (just like many places were in Europe and Asia). Some of these temples are:

1. The Temple of Shamballa in New York, the Royal Teton in Yellowstone Park and Mount Shasta in California, North America.
2. The Violet Triangle of the Caribbean, constituted by the Temples of Master Saint Germain, Mother Mercedes and Zadkiel.
3. The Temple of Kenich Ahán, in Yucatán, in connection with the Temple of “Luzar”, by Maracaibo Lake, where the largest Bridge in South America exists, which represents the “Antaskarana” or Bridge of Union between the physical and the spiritual kingdom of America. The Ray of “Catatumbo” is the visible manifestation of the Light that exists in the Cup drawn geographically by the Maracaibo Lake.
4. The Healing Temple of Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernández by the Table of Esnujaque, “The Door” which is the door of the Spiritual Hierarchy, where the Light of the New Age comes in. You can see and contact this Door physically, just a few kilometers far from the Temple, and pronounce the power affirmation given to us by the Ascended Master Jesus: “I AM the open door which no man can close.”
5. The Temple of Illumination is the biggest one in the Andes. God Meru irradiates from this Temple. Visualize constantly over Lake Titicaca a sphere of Golden Light irradiating to all humanity.
6. The Temple of the Seven Rays by the Valley of the Blue Moon, in Peru.
7. The Temple of the Seventh Race’s Manu, Saithru, in Machu Picchu.
8. The Christ of the Andes, between Chile and Argentina, is the channeling point of spiritual energy for the Americas. From this point to the Statue of the Goddess of Liberty in New York, a Magnetic String of Protection is created for all America.
9. Tierra del Fuego (means: land of fire), in Argentina, is the Muladhara Chakra of South America and therefore, the Reservoir of the Sacred Fire from where the Divine Mother ascends across the vertebrae column (the Andes Mountains), which in some parts become a threefold chain (like in Colombia), representing the three Nadis: Ida, Sushumna and Pingala.
10. Mother Mercedes is the Chohan of the Seventh Ray, Mother of the Seventh Root Race, and her retreat is in Santo Domingo, from where she impels the souls to seek refuge around its Force Field, not to remain there but to contact this focus during pilgrimage and then return her own influential spheres with the radiation that Santo Cerro imprints in the lower and higher vehicles of the disciple. It is all Violet Flame and Home to of the Children of the New Age.

Metaphysics is a real and serious school where Ascended Masters form chelas within their own retreats, so that they can later work together with the Great Spiritual Hierarchy in their Service to mankind.

When we use the term Metaphysics, we refer to the teaching not to the people studying metaphysics. Practitioners of this teaching are all different and some of them give this teaching a bad reputation when it comes to its formality. In the same classroom you will find virgins, housewives, prostitutes, high class people, executives, gays, soon to be gays, wealthy people, poor people, liars and people lacking the most basic elements of gracefulness and serenity.

Many people come to the Metaphysical groups because of the following reasons: they either have a problem or they read “Metaphysics 4 in 1” by Conny Méndez. Once they solved the problem, they stay with the group and sympathize with the facilitator. Without realizing, this person gains enthusiasm and without ever expecting it, the student becomes a disciple tested by an Ascended Master. Later on, the disciple becomes a candidate for the Ascension. This proved to be true because it has been seen through all these years.

In the past years, the Theosophical Society, the Arcane School, the Rosicrucian Fellowship of Max Heindel, The I am Activity and the Bridge to Freedom were the schools through which the Ascended Masters had their disciples on probation but they keep on doing this. This teaching has been spread and accepted world wide, it has summed up and synthesized everything that has been taught by the above referenced schools and all Great Religions of our time. This school has been a spring of disciples for the Great Spiritual Hierarchy for a very long time.

All these serious and mystical esoteric schools mentioned above, taught that students were first accepted as probationers, then as disciples and finally as 1°, 2°, 3°, 4° and 5° degree Initiates, when Ascension is conquered. In regard to this subject, the teachings of the Ascended Masters only speak about the Ascension, which is the 5° Initiation.
We all know about the acceleration we are going through, due to the great need for our beloved Earth to pass on to the 5° globe of the fourth chain and position itself in the place that planet Venus actually holds. All this makes the Path to the Ascension for all the chelas on Earth to be synthesized and it is more reachable than ever before.

Of course, it does not mean that the previous Initiations requirements are no longer needed. They continue to be applied in the same manner, but all that was demanded for each particular Initiation, until the 5° level was reached, is now required altogether, to receive just one Initiation that is the 5° level, with the incomparable achievement of the Ascension. This was made possible due to the insatiable use of the Violet Flame, all the other Rays, the use of the Holy Breath and the unconditional commitment of the many chelas who have walked the path.

Metaphysical teachings, like a true and earnest school, are a “Path to Holiness”, a full commitment to serve mankind. This is the only way that souls qualify for the Ascension.

Everything that a disciple does within Metaphysics, the decisions made, the responsibilities placed on his shoulders, absolutely everything is being observed by an Ascended Master.

Within Metaphysics no chela (student) will be commanded to do anything. The whole teaching is in writing and it is up to the chela by exercising his free will to take action and execute what needs to be done. Later on, the Master will examine on whether to support the disciple or not. If he is not sponsored or approved by the Master, nothing happens, the chela will continue to live his life just as before, and he won’t be cursed.

None of the Ascended Masters take beginners as disciples. They are all too busy resolving serious world problems to go around wasting their precious energy on a single student, when they could use that energy to help millions of people. This is not because the Master is too pride but because they can rely on facilitators for that purpose and who can look after their students and their desire to become a disciple.

It is all quite simple. The Master will observe his chela’s behavior with his own facilitator and the group in the physical realm of imperfection, and based on this behavior, the Master will have a better idea of how the chela will really behave before the Master.

If the chela is faithful, loving, kind, humble, patient, forgiving, selfless, truthful, pure, compassionate, diplomatic, wise and good willing with his group and his facilitator (to whom he serves), this will be like an excellent letter of recommendation for a Master of Wisdom to take the disciple and put him to work within some of the services to mankind.

On the contrary, if the chela behavior shows to be competitive, separatist, dividing, egocentric, self-interested, ignorant, and he lacks the gift of forgiveness, wisdom, truthfulness and honesty, it doesn’t matter what school he belongs to, he will never make a Master take him as a disciple. It does not matter what the individual claims, thinks, believes or imagines. In the true Path there is forgiveness, but never the justification of mistakes, lies, deception, betrayal and division.

The requirements for the Path in a true school, which all genuine chelas follow without being forced to, are laid down in a series of books to which we have referred to many times, and these books are as follows:

I. Ancient data and forever:
“At the Feet of the Master”, “The Voice of Silence” , “Light in the Path”.

II. The New Era:
“Student’s Manual of the Bridge to Freedom”, “Humbleness”, “The Major Initiations”, “Working with the Masters”, “Considerations”, “The Most Complete Study of Metaphysical Pedagogy”, “Meditations” by Krishnamurti, “The Order of Gentlemen”.

III. Christianity:
The Four Gospels, “The Imitation of Christ” by Kempis, Exercises of Saint Ignacio of Loyola, The Order of Saint Benito.

IV. Buddhism:
“The Sutra of the Heart and The Sutra of Diamond”, “The Danmapaddha”.

These texts are about the internal conducts a chela must have, and not about esoteric teachings, although these are also necessary, but that is a whole different issue.
Metaphysics is a school of ascetism, mysticism and esoteric nature. When the esoteric term is used, it usually means the internal view, contrary to exoteric, which is the external view. Students are to serve those ones in need who ignore these hidden laws of life, violate them and therefore, suffer from illnesses, wars, grudges, ignorance and unwillingness.

By practicing the ascetism as Saint Ignacio of Loyola, Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Saint Francis of Assisi, Saint Benito, Lord Gautama and Krishnamurti, we make of Metaphysics a serious school.

As you can see, Metaphysics is a teaching with all the characteristics of the Third Millennium: universal, global and holistic. It does not claim to be the only one who holds the true methodology, it recognizes other systems of other schools, societies and religions, as long as they are inclusive and promote forgiveness, pacifism, beauty, love, wisdom and work toward the ultimate goal of raising mankind to a higher consciousness level.

When a Solar Logos decides to create a Universe, three highly evolved and intelligent beings are offered the opportunity to fully mature and develop: The Elemental, Angelic and Human Kingdoms. Human Beings rely on both the Elementals to maintain their mental equipment, and on Angels to experience feelings.

In the Angelic Kingdom, an Archangel and his divine complement represent each one of the Seven Spheres that human beings encounter before incarnating. They are the directors of the Angelic Kingdom in the service that they render to humanity.

The Archangels represent the feelings of the Father-Mother God of all that is. The sustenance of these feelings in the atmosphere of the Earth is the service of the Angelic Kingdom.

The world of Angels is one filled with Love. To experience its presence, the human being must develop a revering love of great inner peace and tranquility. The slightest turbulence or nervous tension closes the door for its presence, or at least temporarily. 

The world of feelings is the magnet that attracts the Angeles. They respect the free will of human beings, never imposing or interfering in the issues of man. They are only attracted by those people who have faith, love them and seek their cooperation. 

The Angels love flowers, natural perfumes, places of opened air and lots of sun shine, clear and shining colors (from the rainbow), music, and of course Peace. They feed out of all of these things.

Contrarily to Humans, Angels are one-pointed: they concentrate in developing a divine quality. They are the Protectors of Earth and amplifiers of God virtues.

In the Temple of Archangel Jophiel, the little angles are taught on how to attract radiation and emulate a feeling. A Deva or Master is responsible for irradiating a feeling (e.g. faith) that showers these little ones. Eventually they are capable of irradiating this feeling freely from their bodies. As a result, they are assigned missions to enter the atmosphere of Earth to aid humanity. 

The Angels evolve primarily by means of controlling the radiation (qualified feelings of good). By way of controlling the energy, they learn to become Cherubs, Seraphim and Archangels. Finally they become great Beings who guard and protect planets, galaxies and planetary systems.

Cherubs are beings that abide in the virtues of the sun where they belong, and then spread these virtues and feelings on earth. They belong to the Blue Ray with Golden radiation, since they represent the Divine Intelligence. They can be contacted by listening to the Nuns Chorus by Wulish/Shanzer.

The Cherub Lovelee has manifested many times on Earth as the guardian of all the spiritual teachings. Upon his manifestation, a docile Light forms and surrounds the place. It was this Cherub who presented himself in the house of the Ballard family in Chicago, while the Master Saint Germain would convey his instructions.

The Seraphim are tremendous beings ranging from about 6 to 14 feet high. Their face and bodies are of exquisite beauty. They carry a line on their chin which depicts tremendous power and determination. They belong to the Blue Ray with pink radiation. Their purpose is to generate Divine Love. They can be contacted by listening to the Porgi Amor melody by W.A. Mozart.

The Seraphim move in groups of seven. In each group of seven, one is the leader and moves in the first plane, with the remaining 3 pairs positioned in the formation of a "V" just behind him. When they are moving in the heavens or in the spheres of the Earth, they emit a white light. 

The Archangels reach sublime duties, beginning with the human evolution. They simply start off as angels, and then having reached a certain stage, descend on the world in the form of human beings, until they reach their Ascension. Then they return to their original state as members of the Angelic Kingdom. One perfect example of this is Mother Mary, who after being the Mother of Jesus, now is the Divine Complement of Archangel Raphael. 

The Body Elemental is the physical mentor of human beings. He has under his responsibility the construction of the form through the process of conception and gestation. He helps the body to grow and mature, and stands for it until the end of incarnation. Besides, he keeps the blood flowing and continually repairs all the damage produced in cells by the excesses of personality.

All humans have a Guardian Angel assigned to them by the Karmic Board when they incarnate for the very first time. They all work under the supervision of Archangel Raphael of Consecration. Their connection with an individual is the result of their own free choice and will. The Guardian Angel influences the behavior of an individual who he is responsible for by means of his own radiation. 

In the Inner Spheres his trainings are based on qualities such as patience, mercy, compassion and understanding. Here they also learn that depression, pain, misery and other misqualified emotions are commonly inherited by humanity, who depend on them to alleviate the feelings of an individual and replace them with more positive feelings. 

When the Guardian Angel finds that his powers are not adequate to face what is demanded of him, he can invoke superior powers to come on his assistance, in which the karmic debts are first taking into consideration, to concede the help required.

From the existing Angelic Legions, the biggest and the most invoked are those of Archangel Michael and Uriel respectively. 

These aromas can also be used to attract the angelical presence:

Blue Angels: Sandalwood

Golden Angels: Lime, Mirra, Mejorama, Sage

Pink Angels: Cypress, Eucalyptus, geranium, Pine, Ylang-Ylang

White Angels: Romero

Green Angels: Bergamot, Mint, Rose

Gold-Ruby Angels: juniper, Hyssop

Violet Angels: Lavender, Violet

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR A DISCIPLE 
OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

1. Be conscious ever that you aspire to the full expression of God, and devote all your being and your service to that end, as expressed so ably in the First Commandment.

2. Learn the lesson of harmlessness; neither by word nor thought nor feeling inflict evil upon any part of life. Know that action and physical violence are but the lesser part of the sin of harmful expression.

3. Stir not a brother's sea of emotion, thoughtlessly or deliberately. Know that the storm in which you place his spirit will sooner or later flow upon the banks of your own life stream, rather bring tranquility to life, and be as the Psalmist so ably puts it, ‘oil on the troubled waters.’

4. Disassociate yourself from the personal delusion. Let self-justification never reveal that you do love the self more than the harmony of the Universe. If you are right, there is no need to acclaim it, if you are wrong, pray for forgiveness. Watching the self, you will find the rising tides of indignation among the more subtle shadows on the path of Right, called "Self-righteousness."

5. Walk gently through the Universe, knowing that the body is a temple in which dwells the Holy Spirit that brings peace and illumination to life everywhere. Keep your temple always in a respectful and cleanly manner as befitting the habitation of the Spirit of Truth. Respect and honor in gentle dignity all other temples knowing that oft-times within a crude exterior burns a great Light.

6. In the presence of Nature, absorb the beauties and gifts of Her Kingdom in gentle gratitude. Do not desecrate Her by vile thoughts or emotions, or by physical acts that despoil Her virgin beauty.

7. Do not form nor offer opinions unless invited to do so, and then only after prayer and silent invocation for guidance.

8. Speak when God chooses to say something through you. At other times remain peacefully silent.

9. Make the ritual of your living the observance of God's rules so unobtrusive that nobody shall know that you aspire to Godliness, lest the force of his outer will might be pitted against you, or lest your service become impinged with pride.

10. Let your heart be a song of gratitude that the Most High has given unto your keeping the Spirit of Life, which through you chooses to widen the borders of His Kingdom.

11. Be alert always to use your faculties and the gifts loaned unto you by the Father of all Life, in a manner to extend His Kingdom.

12. Claim nothing for yourself, neither powers nor principalities, any more than you claim the air you breathe or the Sun, using them freely but knowing the God ownership of all.

13. In speech and action be gentle, but with the dignity that always accompanies the Presence of the Living God that is within the Temple.

14. Constantly place all the faculties of your being, and all the inner unfoldment of your nature at the Feet of the God-power, especially when endeavoring to manifest perfection through one in distress.

15. Let your watchwords be gentleness, humility and loving service, but do not allow the impression of humility to be mistaken for lethargy. The servant of the Lord, like the Sun in the Heavens, is eternally vigilant and constantly outpouring the gifts which are in his particular keeping.

THIS IS FOR YOU

Let go all of your problems and worry no more. Relax your forehead; relax the muscles in your face, shoulders, arms and legs. Relax all your body. Keep still for a few minutes with your Own Self, forget your troubles, the outer noises, the traffic jam, the heat, people’s demands and disrespect, the aggressiveness which you have been treated with, the control that others have over you, the shouting, the bad taste, the falsehood, and the vanity of the environment.

FORGET ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT COULD ANNOY YOU, because when we give our attention to anything negative, we become that very thing. This is how we loose our inner Peace, when we let all the outer negativity to disturb us physically, emotionally and mentally.

Remember that the Force which allows you to live, think, feel, move, see, and do whatever you want, is in your own heart. Within your heart dwells the Divine Spark of God and the Breath of Life is the Holy Spirit. This Force is also called the Holy Christ Self by many people. Even the disciple Paul said clearly, “Don’t you know that you are a Temple of God and the Spirit of God lives in you?” Jesus Christ is in you.

Millions of years ago, you and all human beings lived in God’s own heart and we didn’t have bodies as we do now. We were Sparks of light and part of the Sparkling Spirit of God as light cells of His Being. At that time we didn’t have self consciousness. Then God decided at that time of cosmic manifestation that we should  be aware that we were part of Him and consequently we were born again with physical bodies. Only through manifestation we can obtain all the knowledge. We need to be self conscious of the fact that we are part of God, Sparks of His Own Being. This means "we are God", and this is proven in Genesis as well as in John's Gospel:"so God created man in His own image and after His likeness". (Genesis 1:27) "Ye are gods". (St. John 10:34)

So we are back to incarnation to achieve different purposes:
a) Be conscious and self conscious of the aspects of God.
b) Expand the spark of God we have inside until it shines like a sun.
c) Go through evolution to melt ourselves within the ocean of Light, Happiness and Love of the Presence of God.
God is in everything that exists. He is the essence of our own being. God cannot ever be a half human - half divine presence. He cannot go against his own being, that is, against us, as some people may think.
God is Love and He loves you and everyone  in the highest expression of Love you could ever imagine, because we belong to His body, as everything else. He takes care of us like a father looks after his most beloved son. Look at all the things He gave us to enjoy: a sky, stars, beautiful trees and their fruits, water to refresh and beautify ourselves, stones to build our houses, animals, grace and freedo, breezes to breath in and feel, and also people to join us in this journey with Love, Harmony and Happiness.

Due to people's freedom, how to live is a personal choice. We can chose to live well or bad. So, we live according to good or wrong thinking, good or wrong feeling and actions. Those who choose to live badly can’t enjoy all the gifts God put in place for us.
Divine Order is Heaven’s first Son, so let’s begin to organize our world according to the Law of Cause and Effect. Once we understand this and live accordingly, it is stored internally and we will fully enjoy our existence on earth, projecting this well being externally as well.
Start to see now the Divine Spark that is shining inside your heart as a powerful shining Sun pouring out Peace, Love, Divine Will, Knowledge, Happiness, Comfort, Wealth, Calmness, and all the things that God Is.

Wherever you are now, on a bus, in a taxi, in a coffee shop, in the park, in the stadium, in a comfortable chair or lying on your bed, think about this:
1) God is all Love, and He only wishes good for me. God lives in every heartbeat. I can feel God is with me every moment.
2) See with spiritual eyes how your heart begins to become a bright, shining sun of light. Feel how your heart of light shines inside and outside of your body. Think, feel, and say: "I am the point of light though which God looks out onto the world".
3) See how in this shining center of light within your heart there is a threefold flame that arises from the upper part of your heart. They are the three living, shining flames that manifest the three main aspects of God: Will, Wisdom and Love.
4) On the right side of your heart is located the Blue Flame. It’s alive and sparkling with all the faith, will and power of God.
Declare: "I have no fear. God is the faith of my heart".
"I am the Force, the Faith and the Power of God that extinguishes all doubt, superstition and evil".
"The will of God for me and for everyone is always good and God always brings good out of evil."
5) Now focus your attention on the left side of your heart and watch the Pink Flame, which contains the Activity, Love, Beauty, Welfare, and Diplomacy of God in the highest degrees of manifestation.
Declare: "I am the center of love and I forgive everyone who needs my forgiveness".
"I am God in action".
"I am the focus of Universal Love surrounding all the human beings of every city, country and continent of the world".
6) In the middle of the heart, watch the glorious Golden Flame emerge, radiating all the knowledge, intelligence and illumination of God.
Declare: "I am the point of light through which God faces the world".
"I am the Peace and Knowledge of God beyond all human comprehension".
"I am the light of the world".
"God is light, and with Him there is no more darkness " (1 John: 5).
7) Imagine now: the Blue Flame on the right side of the heart, and the Rose Flame on the left side extending down to the tip of your feet and from there both flames rise to mix in a shining Violet Flame that covers you totally up to your head, becoming that way a Violet Pillar of Light all around you. The Violet Flame is the Holy Fire of God that dissolves and consumes every imperfect and undesirable condition.
See yourself like a torch of Violet Flame and say: "I am the Transmuting Violet Flame that consumes and dissolves all my mistakes".
DECLARE: "I am a torch of Violet Flame".
From the internal point of view, resentment, criticism, lack of forgiveness and hatred are the causes of illnesses and wars. Therefore, if you are not in harmony with a person, with a situation or a thing, you must say: "I give you my love and forgiveness".
Finish this meditation by giving thanks to God for all that you have. Do not complain about anything anymore. Complaints are a denial of God's Presence.

Be thankful for ALL we have.

The average person thinks it impossible to live in a state of perfection, a state with no discord, because the conditions of earth are in such discord. Yet the first two golden ages which are referred to as the Garden of Eden were without discord.

How is that possible? Everyone has the faculties of attention, thought and feeling. Although you do not see them you know you have them, and they are real to you.

You have the power of attention, thought or vision, and feeling, which is the power of qualification. These are your creative faculties and are in constant action, creating every minute either good or otherwise, while awake, and during sleep they function at inner levels.

Each individual is a creator, a being with free will, given (endowed) by the Creator or Father.

You are at liberty to direct the attention to whatever you will; good or evil, think and feel as you choose. Attention, vision and qualification are the creative faculties by which creation takes place. These three are your creative faculties by which is created either perfection or discord every moment. Attention is the first faculty of the law. Then comes the mighty power of the “I AM”. You are victorious or a failure by the power of attention.

What you think you create. Where your attention is there you are — and you are becoming that. What you meditate upon you become.

Attention is power of light in action. Life is a compelling force. Your attention to a thing compels life to flow there. What sets one afire may by attention to the same thing put another into despair.

Remember what your concentrated attention means upon a given object. Your human or outer self is the means by which you hold the attention for accomplishment. Your concentration is your focused attention. Concentration is an inner force held—of course the attention is used.

Your attention is your success or failure. It takes your acknowledgment, acceptance and attention on a thing to have its blessing.

There is no one thing that can change your life (life-stream) like the attention. Then there is another discipline: you may focus your attention on discord out here but yet not accept the discord in the feelings.

As you connect by your attention to things in the outer world, you make it a part of your world. Nothing can enter your world but what you invite. How? By your attention; by discussion. There is no human creation that has power in your world except by the power of your attention. The shadows and discord live by one’s attention, feeding your life into them. Where your attention is there you are; what your attention is upon that you become. It is imperative to make effort to control the attention. Mastery is attained by controlled attention. Limitation is caused by your giving power to something outside instead of to the Presence.

When you feel not sure you have allowed the attention to be divided between appearances and the Presence. Attention is like a wire; for illustration, wires are placed at four points for a telephone. Now you are connected. When the wire is cut, that is like taking off the attention. Disconnect your attention from the disturbing thing. Turn the attention from discord, also in the feelings. Every discord or human thing must drop away when you stop giving attention to it.
Your attention to the Presence one minute a day would do much for you. Feel the Presence, the light of the Presence enter your flesh body. Attention to the Presence is the most powerful thing in the universe. Give attention to your Presence constantly, every time you have a few moments. Fix your attention upon the harmonizing and perfecting of yourself.

When you turn on the switch you have light. You do the same when you give the attention to the Presence.

One’s power of attention will reverse energy. In your feeling world is your divine memory. How are you going to bring it forth unless the attention is held on it?
In the changing of your feeling you change your attention —a quick powerful change of attention can do wonders. You can change the vibratory action of your body. Through attention and governing of your feelings you can become master of your world.

Everyone is a magnet with the attention on the Presence. One is using the three faculties (attention, vision and qualification), to draw all good things or otherwise to him.

Determine to not allow your attention to go to what is past. Do you quite comprehend the slightest activity of your attention? You do not know a thing until your attention is drawn to it.

The attention must be undivided; then you will be amazed at your results. Every time the attention starts to wander, start pouring out love and blessings. Your attention goes from the heart a greater percentage than from the intellect. It is a flame action from the heart up and out from the forehead to the thing where the attention is focused.

Without attention, consciousness would be static—still. With attention consciousness acts; with feeling it becomes dynamic.

Whenever you give positive attention to the Presence there comes the release of Its light and energy.

Remember two things: Where your attention is there you are, and what your attention is on you become —you can be free. Often remind yourself of this: “I know no human appearance has any power except the life energy I feed into it by my attention.”

One need not alter his occupation but rather change his attention. When attention is on the objective and it is called to other things in the outer world—then charge your Christ Self to direct energy there (to objective). Attention to the goal (the Ascension) forms a tube of light and draws you into it.
It is within the power of any one of you to bring forth any secret of life if you hold your attention unwaveringly.
